Regulatory status
Zenth Capital B.V. acts as a manager of alternative investment funds and relies on the AIFMD registration regime under Section 2:66a of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht, Wft). Zenth Capital B.V. therefore does not hold an AIFMD licence. A manager operating under this registration regime is not subject to the same ongoing prudential and conduct-of-business supervision under the Wft as a licensed AIFM. Certain statutory and reporting obligations nevertheless continue to apply. Zenth Fund is currently stated on the website with AFM Fonds ID 50039811.
Registration is not an AFM licence or approval of the fund. Applicability and other conditions must be assessed in the fund documentation; minimum participation does not independently establish the regime.
